Chuck and Pam Vuytowecz have been well established in the real estate industry for over 30 years. They began as mortgage bankers then expanded their business in the mid 90’s to include real estate. They opened their own real estate and mortgage loan company in 1999, giving birth to Priority One Group.
Numerous friends and neighbors with investment in Pauma Valley encouraged Priority One Group to concentrate effort in this community. Already residing within the gates of the Pauma Valley Country Club Estates themselves since 1996, they understood and appreciated the unique attraction of this special area. It didn’t take long before this husband-and-wife team, with a special love for the “small piece of heaven” they call home, excelled as realtors in Pauma Valley.
